Dasha Prostova is a yoga teacher, entrepreneur, creator of soft power brand and unique well-being products. In the past, Dasha was part of the Nike brand team and CEO of the Moscow branch of Sektaschool - the largest fitness project in Russia and the CIS


Today Dasha lives in Portugal and helps people through yoga practice to feel more stable and happy in their new reality, as well as counselling helping practitioners and making conscious products for businesses.
