By downloading, accessing or using the All Portugal Life mobile application (hereafter referred to as the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

All Portugal Life is an informational and service-based application providing users with access to news, events, expert content, local services, and community features relevant to life in Portugal. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without written permission.

We may update or modify the App at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and reserve the right to discontinue or suspend the App or any part of it.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Portugal LDA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to errors, data loss, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a risk to us or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
