The project focuses on supporting third culture children in their adaptation to new cultural, linguistic and social environments, as well as unlocking their potential for successful development in a global world.

The main goal of the project is to help children and their families to integrate in Portugal, while maintaining their cultural and linguistic roots and developing the skills needed to live confidently and successfully in a multicultural environment.

Creative activities and educational programmes help children build useful skills in a nurturing and comfortable environment:

Educational skills

These skills include reading, numeracy, writing, and the ability to concentrate, memorise information and work with learning materials.

Practical life skills

These skills teach a child how to cope with everyday tasks, take care of themselves and their environment, make simple decisions, and be prepared for real-life situations.

Social communication skills

These skills make it easier for children to adapt in groups, make friends, negotiate and learn to be part of a team.

Work habits

These are habits that build a child's resilience, perseverance and intrinsic motivation.

Digital skills

These skills help a child use gadgets confidently, navigate the internet, learn online while understanding the basics of digital safety.
